Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products (personal care and beauty goods) and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been successfully fulfilled and delivered. Please ensure your order is correct before completing the checkout process.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report an issue, please contact us at info@carroten.ge and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items As all our products fall under the category of personal care goods and beauty products, they are strictly non-returnable. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please refer to the "Damages and Issues" section above.
Refunds (If applicable for damaged/incorrect orders) If your item arrived damaged or incorrect and a replacement is not available, we will notify you once we’ve inspected the issue and let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund for a damaged item, please get in touch with us.
