Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Carroten Georgia, operated by Libo Group LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is out for delivery.

Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Tbilisi Delivery: Under normal circumstances, deliveries within Tbilisi are completed within 1 business day after the order has been processed.

  • Regional Delivery (Outside Tbilisi): Deliveries to other regions in Georgia typically take between 2 to 5 business days, depending on the exact location.

Potential Delays & Exceptions While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible (typically within 1 day in Tbilisi), delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may take longer than usual due to factors outside of our control. These include, but are not limited to:

  • High order volumes during sales, promotions, or holiday seasons.

  • Severe weather conditions.

  • Logistical delays or issues experienced by our third-party courier partners.

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if your delivery takes longer than the standard estimated timeframe.

Order Tracking & Status Once your order is dispatched, you will be contacted by our courier partner or receive an update regarding your delivery status. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate and reachable so the courier can coordinate the drop-off.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Carroten Georgia (Libo Group LLC) is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Damages and Lost Packages If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can investigate the issue with the courier and find a resolution. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on receiving damaged items.
